About Frank Parley
A free, independent tracker for initial public offerings across the world's major stock exchanges.
Frank Parley exists because retail investors deserve the same early visibility into IPO filings that institutional investors have always had. Companies file with regulators long before they list — that information is public, but it's scattered across eleven different exchange websites in eight languages. We pull it together in one place, in plain English, for free.
What we cover
We track new and upcoming listings on the SEC (USA), LSE (UK), Euronext, Deutsche Börse / Xetra, HKEX (Hong Kong), SGX (Singapore), ASX (Australia), TSX (Canada), NSE and BSE (India), and JPX (Japan). Each company has its own page with the prospectus, price range, expected listing date, latest news, and a guide explaining how retail investors in different countries can participate.
How we make money
The service is free. We don't run ads. We don't sell user data. When we link to a broker we may eventually receive a small referral fee from that broker — but only after they pay us, never from you, and never in a way that changes which brokers we recommend. Broker recommendations are based on which ones actually give your country's residents access to a given exchange.
What we are not
We are not a broker. We are not an investment adviser. We do not handle your money or place trades. We do not provide investment advice. IPOs are risky and a meaningful portion lose money in their first year. Read the prospectus and talk to a licensed advisor before investing.
