What we collect

• Account data: email address and (optionally) display name, country and a profile photo when you sign up.
• Activity data: companies you watch, comments you post, notification preferences.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path) for security and abuse prevention. Logs are kept for up to 30 days.

We do not collect financial account information, payment details, or trading data. We never see your broker credentials.

What we do with it

• Operate the service (sign-in, watchlist, notifications, comments).
• Send you optional email alerts when an IPO you watch updates.
• Detect and prevent abuse.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your email with brokers, advertisers, or any third party for marketing.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the site.

Service providers

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service: a hosting provider for the website, a database/auth provider for user accounts, and an email provider for transactional notifications. These providers process data only on our behalf.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile page, or by contacting us. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie/local-storage entry to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies that track you across other sites.
